From NOLO's site, I sent them an e-mail complaining about my problem. I made sure my "firewalls" were down but that was the reason for buying the CD so I didn't have to contend with that. Since I had a code, I attempted to try to download the software directly to my computer. I bought the CD for this and it would not load although I tried several times.
